Change management does not go alone. It goes with project management, knowledge management, and every strategic decision.

This Module section provides the students with some practically famous model change management. The focus will be on how consultants can encourage sense of urgency to change in their clients (unfreezing them), diagnose conflict and resistance to change, help the clients overcome barriers to change and implement it (moving), and finally facilitate them to adapt to their new status after change (refreezing).

The four – day course will equip you with the general knowledge as well as experience case studies of how to deal with the rise and fall of a specific business scenario, including:
This course brings benefit to those who would like to keep themselves informed of the strategy and process to cope with both problems caused by both objective and subjective changes. They may come from a wide range of business backgrounds with various positions that thought to be directors, executives or leaders. Similarly, they may be perspective managers or intellectuals who are determined to succeed.
